Service Opportunities:

- Photo ID Clinic Volunteer: These volunteers work one-on-one with program guests to provide financial and logistical assistance for photo IDs and birth certificates during our Thursday clinics.

- Application Support Volunteers: These volunteers work one-on-one with program guests to provide financial and logistical assistance for photo IDs and birth certificates during upcoming weekend and evening hours.

- ID Delivery Team: Volunteers will work in pairs to coordinate meeting program guests in public locations to deliver IDs received at the Ashrei Foundation.

- ID Pick-Up Team: Volunteers will coordinate meeting program guests at the Ashrei Foundation’s Office at the Hub so they can pick-up their ID that received at the Ashrei Foundation (dates and times flexible).

- Data Entry: Support this effort remotely by volunteering to enter data into digital spreadsheets/forms; familiarity with Google Suite Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required.

Service Opportunities:

- Farmers Market Volunteer: Assisst with coordinating the Saturday Farmers Market, working with vendors, sponsors, nonprofits and others to provide a great farmers market experience.

Remote/virtual opportunities include:

- Social Media & Marketing Intern: Assist with a range of marketing initiatives including tracking analytics for social media campaigns, creating social media posting schedules and writing captions for social media posts. Assist with copy writing development, and social media coordination.

- Event Manager: Assist with devising and coordinating imaginative events, competitions and original multimedia events (both live audience and video).

The Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition, a proud member of the United Way, is a non-profit agency that strives to create permanency in every foster child's life by recruiting and supporting foster/adoptive homes in the Metropolitan community.

Service Opportunities:

- [RE]FRESH Store Volunteer: Clothing resale store; proceeds support the mission of the Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition. Volunteer duties include: assisting customers, cash register, supervising youth volunteers, window displays, assisting with dressing rooms, customer service, etc.

- Foster Friend: We have several Foster Friends outings with the kids throughout the year as well as other childcare opportunities. These activities are fun, in-person events where we take kids impacted by foster care out for a fun afternoon while their caregivers get some much needed rest. Since our Foster Friends events are in-person and one-on-one with kiddos, any volunteer interested in participating needs a clean criminal background screening

The Resale Shop is a charitable project of the National Council of Jewish Women St. Louis. We sell high-quality new and gently used clothing, jewelry, home goods, accessories, and more for the entire family.
